Pickups take place in a public space. Please see your confirmation email for specific location and pickup details.
How It Works
- Getting There: Drive to the location listed in your confirmation email. Follow the directions to find the pickup zone.
- The Pickup: Please have your confirmation email on hand for pickup. We can only hand off orders to the person listed on the order. Text 318-935-0330 if you have any day-of concerns.
- Re-Delivery: If you MUST reschedule your pickup date, there will be an additional $10 fee. You can send the fee using the below QR code. Open your camera app and hover over the image.
